Gel’Ami is obtained from potato starch and maltodextrin, is hot and cold soluble and dissolves easily. It does not contain GMOs. No lactose, no gluten. The can contains a measuring spoon (6g).
Average doses for preparation:
Texture nectar (grade 1): 1.5 tablespoons-measured in 200ml of water. Honey texture (grade 2): 2 tablespoons-measured in 200ml of water. Pudding texture (grade 3): 3 tablespoons-measured in 200ml of water.
Indications and contraindications:
Intended for patients with dysphagia. For the preparation, pour the powder into the product to be thickened and stir continuously. Not suitable for children under 3 years. It should not be used as the sole source of power.
