Characteristics:

Instructions for use:
Use in Cryotherapy: Place the compress in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Use in Thermotherapy: In the microwave: heat up to 600w for 45 seconds and wait 1 minute before using it. If necessary, reheat 10-10 seconds until desired temperature is reached.
In a water bath: Immerse the compress in water previously heated to 90ºC for about 6 minutes.
Do not place the compress in direct contact with the skin. Use the cover provided.
