3. Apply a generous amount over the desired regions with light pressure to relax the muscles and with less pressure for joint pain.

For intimate massages*:

1. Test first on a small area of skin;
2. Apply to erogenous zones for greater relaxation and sexual stimulation or to reduce pain.
