PREAMBLE

1.º These general conditions of sale are agreed between OrtoCuidar+ Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda.  with the Headquarter in Rua das Amoras, Edf. Qtª Nova- Bloco 4, 4º Esq, 4750-342 Barcelos , tax identification number 513618171 and contact +351 936442600, hereinafter referred to as Care Plus Store and people wishing to make purchases through the website www.careplusstore.com hereinafter referred to as “User”.

2.º The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.careplusstore.com shal be governed exclusively by this contract excluding any pre-conditions available on the website.

ARTICLE 1 – OBJECT

  7. Care Plus Store will honor orders received only within the limits of available stocks. In the absence of availability of the product to Care Plus Store undertakes to inform the User as soon as it can.
